Key Personnel

• Mr. Lilly has been working in Alaska for more than ten years on hydrologic and environmental programs. Experience includes seven years managing large-scale hydrology projects in the Fairbanks area. These projects supported environmental investigations for Fairbanks and Fort Wainwright. Current projects include investigations in Fairbanks, Anchorage, and Bethel.
  
  

• Mr. Nyman is a lifelong Alaskan with more than 18 years of engineering design and construction experience in Alaska. He has strong experience in the areas of wastewater and water treatment, solid and hazardous waste management, environmental site characterization, and remediation design. Mr. Nyman has a B.S. in civil engineering from Montana State University and a M.S. in civil engineering from the University of Alaska.
  
  

• Mr. Mueller has been designing and implementing instrumentation and data logging equipment for collecting remote wind, hydrological, and meteorological data for more than 15 years. Projects have included developing software and data analysis techniques for the performance monitoring of heat pump systems, and designing a VHF radio collection system for hydrological and meteorological data.
  
  

• Mr. Crosby has been designing and implementing water treatment and water supply systems for small use applications for more than 20 years. Projects have included demonstrations of self-contained water-treatment technologies with the Alaska Science and Technology Foundation.
  
  

• Mr. Whitton has lived in Alaska for more than 8 years, and graduated from the University of Alaska Fairbanks, with a B.S. in Geography. Experience includes work with the University of Alaska, the U.S. Geological Survey, and Internet Professional Statistics, LLC as an Internet developer, and GIS specialist
